時光真的飛逝
不是才剛跨完年
準備以新的心情展望未來

只是要自己用心過生活
為生活創造一些新發現
在看不到的地方也可以保持天真
每天往前一點點。每天開心一點點。讓你的心，常保新鮮。

在自己的手帳裡
給自己一些新目標、期許
在心裡提醒自己
今天也要用心過生活
這樣與自己對話
真的會讓自己多些力量
接電話更有精神 與人應對更有自信 工作起來更有活力
